Proactive callback

Answering is half the job. Calling back is the other half.

There is always a pile left over: people you meant to ring back, appointments you still wanted to confirm, customers you meant to remind that it is tomorrow. That pile grows faster than you work through it.

With this module Voxori makes the call herself. Service inside an existing customer relationship only — a callback request, a reminder, a confirmation. Never cold sales.

In pilot

In pilot means: built and tested, not live by default. We switch this module on per customer after a guided start — listening in on a few real conversations before anything runs unattended.

Two switches, both off by default. You switch the module on in your portal, and we have to have released it platform-wide. If either one is missing the module does nothing — no half measures, no button that quietly does nothing.

The price is on the price list, because that is a commercial choice. Saying it “already runs at customers” would be untrue — which is exactly why this block is here.

Service only. That is not a slogan, that is the boundary.

Outbound calling is the part where an AI platform can go wrong fastest. So we wrote down beforehand what it is for: calls inside an existing customer relationship that the customer gets something out of. A callback request they left themselves. A reminder about their own appointment. A confirmation of something they set in motion.

What it is not: ringing people who don’t know you, with an offer. The system cannot do that and we are not going to build it. Not because it is technically hard, but because it would be the reason nobody picks up the phone any more.

The module is off by default and only goes on after a guided start — where we listen in on real calls before anything is dialled unattended.

What it does

Proactive callback, concretely.

Callback requests actually get called back

Whoever leaves a callback request during a call gets rung back — even on the days you have no time for it yourself.

Reminders about their own appointment

A spoken reminder shortly before the appointment, for the customers who simply never read an SMS.

Confirmations that don’t cost you time

A short confirmation of something the customer set in motion themselves, without anyone spending an afternoon on the phone.

Do-not-call list, always

If someone says during a call that they no longer want to be rung, that is recorded on the spot and applies immediately. The right to object, without a form.

Decent hours

Calls only go out between 09:00 and 20:00 (Dutch time). Anything outside that window waits until it opens again — however full the queue is.

Voicemail is recognised

If Voxori gets an answering machine on the line, that is recognised and not treated as a conversation. Nobody finds half an AI on their voicemail.

Honestly bounded

What Voxori will not call

This list is the most important text on the page:

No cold acquisition. No calling lists, no offers, no unknown numbers. Only people you already have a relationship with, who need to know something about this particular call.

No telemarketing, not even with your own database. Having someone’s number does not turn a sales call into a service call. The module draws that line, and so do we.

Not unsupervised at the start. Two switches are off by default: yours and ours. Switching on happens after a guided start with real calls — no exceptions.

What does it cost?

Proactive callback is a separate module on top of Voxori Base (€79/mo) at +€39/mo, and it is included in Voxori Complete (€319/mo). You never pay more than the Voxori Complete price: stack modules beyond that amount and you get Voxori Complete. €0 setup, cancel monthly, prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Proactive callback.

Is this allowed under the GDPR?

Transactional service calls inside an existing customer relationship are a different thing from telemarketing. That is why the module is hard-limited to callback requests, reminders and confirmations, with a do-not-call list that always takes precedence. If someone asks not to be rung again, that is settled on the spot.

Can I load a calling list into this?

No. There is no campaign function and there won’t be one. The calls come out of what happens in your own conversations and your own calendar.

What happens if nobody picks up?

Then that one attempt inside the calling window is all it does — nothing is retried endlessly. An answering machine is recognised and not counted as a completed call.

Does the customer hear that they are speaking to an AI?

Yes, actively and at the start. That is not only our own rule but also what the European AI Act requires, and it applies to outbound calls just as much as to incoming ones.

When can I switch this on?

After a guided start. The module sits behind two locks and needs that second release from us; we deliberately name no date, because it depends on how the first pilots go.
